Ledgestone 2025 Volunteer Sign Up Page
Welcome to the volunteer sign-up page for the Ledgestone Open from 8/14/25 - 8/17/25! This August, the best disc golfers in the world are traveling to the Peoria area to compete in the Ledgestone Open, and volunteering is a GREAT way to be a part of the event! We are looking for volunteers to help with the following:
- Course setup and teardown
- Player check in
- Spotting
- Statkeeping
- ... and more!
The tournament begins Thursday, August 14th, but volunteer opportunities are available from August 8th through August 17th.
Volunteer Rewards:
- Swag and discs courtesy of our event sponsors (based on the number of volunteer shifts you work)
- Meals and a staff shirt
Volunteers who work 3 full days will also receive:
- A 2025 Ledgestone Open GRIPeq CS2 Bag
- A custom-stamped "2025 Volunteer" disc, available only to volunteers at this event!
Volunteers who work 4 or more full days will also receive:
- A complete 2025 Ledgestone Open players pack, which includes a GRIPeq CS2 bag, Merrell shoes, a shirt, discs and more!
- A limited-edition custom-stamped "2025 Volunteer" disc, available only to volunteers at this event!
If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please sign up for a spot below. Please note that volunteers are needed in several different locations throughout the event, so be sure to verify the location of for each timeslot you select. Please only sign up for shifts that you are fully available for.
